  4. Daniel, I will make a quick stop at the party so that you and I can meet. It is a great and courageous endeavor that you are about to undertake. You will change more in this next year than you would have by staying here in good old Kansas. See you tomorrow night.

  10. Hey cool guy. This sucks…Dan and I totally were going to be there for your Partey (sounded like Part-Hey) and now he has got to work late here in Wichita…so we are not going to be able to make it…unless it goes to the wee hours in the night. We won’t be able to be there until like 10:00 or 11:00. But we are still there this weekend, if you want to grab some coffee and pray. I would love love love to see you and even spend like 10 minutes with you. We are so proud of you and will be sending you off with so many prayers and so much love. Do you have the address where you will be? You might want to post that as soon as you have it for rejects like me who like the real mail rather then the internet. Love you so much! 17. Hi Daniel

I bet you are so happy right now! I hope you are ready—- God doesn’t send all his people to Africa. He choose you Daniel! I know you will be one of the ones He says “Good Job Son” . I sure did miss my side hug on Sunday. I did not even get one stinkin’ hug from the Cox crew! Have a great day.

  18. Well Handsome Nephew,

Were you able to walk off the plan on your own?

Nice hairdo. Kids like it? We were at church yesterday passing your notes up & down the row amongst the family during the music.

Got a question. We have had a ton of bad weather the last 48 hrs. Tornados, storm damage, lots of homes totally lost & now it’s getting very cold. (Don’t worry, all of are fine.)

Here’s the question: I was wondering if they have this kind of weather in Port Elizabeth? I got to wondering if they have tornadoes and such in Aftrica.

When you have time, let us know what you done so far. Hopefully you’ve gotten settled.

Remember what I said to you. Pull out that cross I gave you and remember you have everything you need there to accomplish what you’ve been sent to do. You’ve got God and yourself. You’re all set for the adventure Babe!

    Love you dearly, Kat

  19. Hey Daniel. I hope all is going well. I am sure the children are so excited to have you there. I am guessing that everyone you traveled with are headed back today. That is probably a little scary for you. Your year long journey will probably become more real. We are excited to get an update. Do you think that there would be any way we would be able to get a picture of Yonela before the run in April?

  21. What up my brother?

Hope all is well. I would love to tell you about all the amazing adventures that I’ve been having but I fear they would pale compared to yours. We are really proud of you and what you’re doing. Your dedication to God is inspiring.

I’m so glad that you’ve decided to do this thing before you get tied down with family and responsiblities. I woud love to participate in some mission work as well but find myself constrained by $$ and time.

So for now I will live through you my friend. Take care of yourself and I will visit with you later.

    Sincerely,
    Jerry

    3. How do we get $ to your directly?
    4. Do you use US currency over there?
    5. Explain how the charges work on the internet. Are you getting charged by the min.
    6. Did you remember that I love ya tons?
